We come to your house with samples
We arrive with a van full of carpet and vinyl samples. You see them in your own light, on your own floors, against your own furniture. We measure up properly, point out anything you might not have thought of, and give you a fixed written price before we leave.
We fit, move, and take the old one away
Once you're happy with the price, we book a fitting day. Our fitting team turn up in uniform, move your furniture out of the way, lift and remove your old carpet, fit the new one, and put everything back where it belongs. The old carpet leaves with us.

Beds, sofas, wardrobes, drawers, dining tables. We move it, we fit around it, we put it back where you had it. You don't shift a thing.

Underlay, gripper rods, doorbars and door trimming

Our fitters work alongside us in our team uniform and we train them the way we want them trained. They turn up when they say they will, and they treat your house like their own.

If something settles, stretches, or doesn't sit quite right after fitting, we come back and put it right. We mean it. Stuart has been known to turn up at 8pm to fix a stretch on a bedroom carpet because that was the only time the customer was in. That is why our reviews look the way they do.

The questions we get asked most when people ring the office.
Do you really move the furniture for me?
Yes. Beds, sofas, wardrobes, dining tables, bookcases, the lot. The only things we ask you to clear are personal items inside drawers and on shelves, and anything fragile or sentimental that you'd rather move yourself. Everything else, we handle.
Do you take away the old carpet?
Yes. It's part of every job and included in the price. We lift it, roll it, and take it away with us. You don't need a skip and you don't need to make trips to the tip.
How quickly can you come out and measure?
Usually within the same week, sometimes the next day depending on where you are. Stuart measures Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays across East Sussex and South Kent. Ring Lisa and she'll find you a slot.
Where do you cover?
Hastings, Bexhill, Battle, St Leonards, Rye, Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, and the towns and villages in between. If you're not sure whether you're in our area, ring Lisa on 01424 855882 and she'll tell you straight away.
Do you fit vinyl and laminate as well as carpet?
Yes. We fit vinyl and carpet in homes and small commercial properties. Stuart will bring samples of all of those to the home visit if you'd like to compare them with carpet. However we do not sell or install LVT or Laminate.
Do you do remnants and end-of-roll carpets?
Yes. We hold a regularly updated stock of carpet remnants at strong discounts, particularly useful if you're carpeting a smaller room or just one bedroom. Have a look at the remnants page for current stock, or ask Lisa.
Do you offer a discount for older customers?
Yes. We offer 10% off the full job (carpet plus fitting) for customers aged 65 and over. No need to ask twice, just mention it when Lisa books your visit.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full public liability insurance and have hundreds of verified reviews on Google and Trustpilot. Documents available on request.
What happens if there's a problem after fitting?
Ring Lisa. We come back. Carpets occasionally need a re-stretch as they settle, the odd doorbar can need adjusting, and very occasionally there's a manufacturing fault on the carpet itself which we sort directly with the supplier. Whatever the issue, we put it right. We don't disappear after the invoice.
Can I pay in instalments?
We can talk through interest-free payment options at the home visit if that's helpful. Most customers pay a deposit when the order goes in and the balance on the day of fitting.
Do I have to book a home visit, or can I just buy online?
Most of our customers book a home visit because it's the easiest way to choose a carpet that suits the room. We do also sell remnants directly with delivery and fitting available, see the remnants page for current stock.
Where We Cover
We're based between Hastings and Battle, and we cover most of East Sussex and parts of Kent for free home visits. That includes Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill, Battle, Rye, Eastbourne, Pevensey, Heathfield, Robertsbridge, Tenterden, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, and the villages in between. If you're a bit further out, ring us anyway. We often go further than people expect.
